These are the main characters of Dan Shive's web comic, El Goonish Shive, that has run since 2002.
A strange comic about group of teenagers and the bizarre, often supernatural, situations that they face. Includes a continuing storyline with non-linear joke comics on the side. WARNING: Often ignores the laws of Physics.
Tedd, a teenaged mad scientist who uses alien tech to change himself and others into girls & catgirls for fun. He loves playing with his TG/TF gun. And yes he is a pervert. His/her outfit is from the Aug 27 2014 comic.
Grace, a powerful shape changer, is a human/alien/squirrel hybrid, and is Tedd's girlfriend.
Elliot, an anime marshal artist who touched a magic diamond and created a female copy of himself.
Since then he can change into a female superhero and a catboy. Outfit is from the Oct 1 2010 comic.
Sarah, Elliot's former girlfriend, is currently in vampire form. Her outfit is from the May 19 2014 comic.
Ellen, is the transgendered copy of Elliot, she can shoot TG beams out of her hands.
Nanase, Tedd's cousin, is a witch that mixes magic and marshal arts to kick ass. She is Elliot's sparring partner and is Ellen's girlfriend.
Susan, the magic hammer queen, is Sarah's best friend. She is also a big Star Trek fan. Outfit is from Feb 4 2013 comic.
Justin is Elliot's other sparring partner and Nanase's best friend. He works as comic book store clerk. He's gay and was turned into a girl for Grace's birthday party.

Though I don't think it's remotely fair to call Tedd a pervert in his character description. Heck, even the part about using his TG gun on others for fun hasn't been true in many years.
